PM Dr Abiy holds phone conversation with Secretary Pompeo

Addis Ababa, May 19, 2018 (FBC) –Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed held a phone conversation with the United State Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

During the conversation, Pompeo congratulated the Ethiopian Prime Minister on his new position, according to statement issued by the U.S Department of State.

The Secretary of State also offered the United States’ strong support for the government and people of Ethiopia as they continue efforts to deepen democratic reforms.
