Addis Ababa, April 27, 2017 (FBC) – A huge business center is to be built in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia at a cost of 3 billion birr.
The business center dubbed “Hidase Grand Mall” will be built by Hidase Share Company, which was established by local investors.
The center will have a built-up area of 125 m2 on a total area of 250 m2, said Dereje Mekonnen, manager of the project.
The business center will comprise 5,000 shops, two four-star hotels, bank and insurance offices, as cafeterias, restaurants and apartments as well as a parking lot which could accommodate 8,000 cars at the same time, he said.
Once completed, the center will create jobs for 35,000 people. The construction of the center will be completed with three years.
