The annual conference of TDA North America kicks of today at Washington DC. The annual conference was officially opened by the board chairperson of TDA International, Dr Kindeya Gebrehiwot. Dr Tedros, Chair of TDA NA board briefed participants of the conference about the over all activities of branches of TDA through out the USA. Furthermore he has critically Highlighted strength and weakness of the different branches throughout North America. He has finally called on all members to join hands and continue to support development in Tigray. Audit report was also presented to the participants. Leaders of different branches such as Washington, Bay Area, Seatle also shared and reflect their achievements, challenges and good experiences.
Participants of the conference discussed the reports in detail, applauded good performers, vowed to correct weaknesses and outlined the way forward. The conference was concluded by nominating additional members to strength the leadership of the TDA NA board. The conference was also attended by the high level delegation from Tigray Regional Government.
