ODF’s negotiating team to arrive in Addis Ababa tomorrow

Addis Ababa, May 22, 2018 (FBC) –Negotiating team of the Oromo Democratic Front (ODF) will arrive in Addis Ababa tomorrow for further talks with the government.

Last week, the government of Ethiopia announced that it has begun talks with the Front.

A statement issued by Government Communications Affairs Office (GCAO) reiterated Ethiopia’s readiness to negotiate with political parties that wants to operate peacefully.

The government of Ethiopia appreciated ODF for accepting its invitation for peace talks and its decision to operate peacefully, according to the statement.
